Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate a return/cancellation process for a product that is not included on the non-returnable list and if you have received:
- An incorrect product (if the product has not been used, includes all tags and in original undamaged packaging).
- A damaged/flawed product (For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed and includes all tags and in original undamaged packaging).
In the event that you need to return your item for any reason, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:
- The products are in their original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and are not damaged or tampered in any condition. The seal of the item needs to be in an intact condition.
- For all other products, returns are accepted if the product is in undamaged original packaging, and includes all accessories.
- If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 25 percent will be deducted while making exchange/refund.
You have a right to return a product within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment.
- Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
- Any consumable product which has been used or installed;
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:
- If you paid by credit/debit card – Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- If you paid by COD, we will issue a refund to your wallet/bank transfer;
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
